Delivery

Delivery costs will be calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. A shipping quote can be calculated in shopping basket.


All goods are despatched within 2 working days after your order and payment has been accepted.

Once dispatched orders sent with Royal Mail will be delivered within 3-5 working days and Courier orders within 48 hours. 

Should our courier be unable to make the delivery, they will leave a calling card with details on how to re-schedule another delivery. It is vital that You contact them to arrange another delivery time. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful the item will be returned to us and an additional re-delivery charge will be payable.

You can Track Your Parcel Online using your consignment reference. Alternatively, you can call them direct on   01392 822143 Calls charged at national rate.

Orders to Jersey/Scottish Highlands/East Coast Scotland/Guernsey/Southern & Northern Ireland/Scottish Islands/Isle of Wight or BFPO addresses will be sent via Royal Mail and may incur an additional delivery fee.
 

In the unfortunate event of your delivery arriving after christmas due to Royal Mail / Courier delays we will not be liable for any return delivery costs if you decide to return the items.

 
 If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.  
 

We have an environmental policy of using minimal packaging and recyclable materials. If possible, please re-use any packaging. Not only will this help save the trees but will also save space in your wheelie bin.

Please note that post and packaging is a vatable service which includes an element which is vat exempt. The letter of VAT notice 700/24 applies. If the goods supplied are liable for VAT, then ANY postage or delivery charge is liable for VAT at the same rate, even if the cost of stamps from the Post Office are zero-rated.

Delivery Of Large Goods

 16ft Ultra Frame Pools will require special attention when accepting delivery; this product requires a minimum of 4 adults to assist the carrier driver with delivery. The Courier will deliver the Swimming Pools to the front of the property and are under no obligation to move any package to the back of the property or any other such place.

Please note: This pool will be delivered on a pallet (104 x 83cm) which the courier is under no obligation to dismantle or remove.
