If the image is of a pack, am I buying the pack or just the piece?

Unless you have selected more than 1 as a quantity you are only purchasing 1 single piece. If you require more than one, you can simply update the quantity required in the shopping cart section.

How can I order a specific colour or style?

Unfortunately we are unable to send specific colours. If you require a certain colour please do not order.

How do i place an order?

Search by product or sku number, by entering this information into the search box at the top of every page and click on the "search" button.

Once you find an item you would like to purchase, click on the "add to cart" button on the product details page. This takes you to your shopping cart where you can proceed to the checkout or continue shopping.

View basket: To review the items you have selected, click on the "view cart" button at the top left of the page. Click on the estimated "shipping & tax" to receive a postage quote.

Checkout: click on the "proceed to checkout" button. Once you click you are entering the checkout phase.

Your account: If you are an existing customer please sign in. If you are a new customer you can either create a new account or sign in as a guest.  

Billing details: Fill in your billing details, if shipping details are the same click the button to continue. If shipping details are different untick "I also want to ship to this address" and fill in shipping details.

Confirm shipping method, click "continue".

Final check and payment: The last step before you place your order is to review your details, you will see the items total, your delivery charges and your order total.

Choose your method of payment, click on the "proceed to payment".

Once completed you will have successfully placed your order. An email will also be sent to confirm that we have recieved your order.

How much will the delivery charges be for my order?

Delivery charges depend on the weight of your order. To find out how much it will cost simply add the item to your cart. Click on "estimated shipping and tax", type in your country and postcode as requested and click on the button "estimated shipping and tax".

This allows you to see the price of delivery before you commit to any order.

How long will my delivery take* ?

 Goods are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Once dispatched, courier delivery is within 24 hours* and Royal Mail within 5 working days.
