To order via the telephone please make sure you have the product title & product sku number to hand. We will then process the order and an email order confirmation will be sent to yourself.
In the unlikely event of an item being sold out, we will notify you ASAP.
Prices are valid at the time of ordering. Products and shipping costs are subject to change.

From time to time we have items returned to ourselves due to damaged packaging. These items will be clearly highlighted stating SPECIAL OFFER PRICE. The price advertised is subject only to that listing and is not transferable onto any further listings of the same or similar item. To cancel an order you must email us within 7 days from delivery stating that you wish your order to be cancelled along with your name, address, invoice number and relevant order number. We will then contact you to confirm a return address. Goods must be returned to us unopened and in the original packaging.
Please note: We will only refund the product cost and no shipping costs - it is the customers responsibility to cover any costs involved in returning any item/s to us in an "as new" condition.
