Faulty Goods & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us.  

If you have placed an order in error or change your mind about the goods, please inform us within 24 hours by email and remember to include your Order Invoice Number and Paypal Transaction ID and we will email you to confirm your order has been cancelled and any payments refunded.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your order to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date of receipt. You must return the goods to us at your own expense and ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

Please email us before returning any item.
